Why Hippo? 🦛

We didn't build HippoBox to be another "growth hack" tool. We built it because we were tired of losing great opportunities.

We realized that while we were out living our lives, our LinkedIn inboxes were becoming graveyards of forgotten conversations. We missed messages from potential partners, forgot to reply to recruiters, and lost track of friends.

We wanted a tool that felt less like a spreadsheet and more like a second brain. Something that simulated how humans actually network - with memory, context, and a little bit of help handling the heavy lifting.

How does the auto-sync work?
We use a Chrome extension that fetches your LinkedIn messages in the background. When you receive a message on LinkedIn, it appears in HippoBox. When you reply in HippoBox, we send it through LinkedIn.
Is this safe for my LinkedIn account?
Yes. We simulate human browsing behavior to avoid triggering LinkedIn's bot detection. No spammy API calls-just realistic delays and patterns that look like you're actually using the site.
Does it work on mobile?
Currently, HippoBox is optimized for desktop use. We're working on mobile support, but for now, you'll get the best experience on your laptop or desktop computer.
What happens to my data?
Your conversations stay in our encrypted database. We don't sell it. We don't share it. You can delete your account and all associated data anytime.
What is the 'Lifetime Access' deal?
We are currently in a public beta. Early believers get access to all current and future features for a one-time payment. Once we fully launch, we will switch to a monthly subscription model-but you will keep your lifetime status.
